My family and I moved to Oregon in 2018 and have loved living here ever since! I have two wonderful kids. A 13 year old son and an 8 year old daughter. We also have a very lazy Brazilian Mastiff named Zumbi who we adopted about two years ago. My love of Subaru came from my back round in law enforcement. They are the safest cars on the road and I've seen their incredible safety features in action more times than I can count. That's why the people who are most important in my life do their daily running around in an Outback.

The dealership was very clean and welcoming, even without calling ahead, we were helped right away. Staff were very friendly and I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle day of (even though I did end u calling ahead, we were helped right away. So was not happy about my previous crosstrek needing two clutch replacements under 34k miles You took care of the first for free Thank you that was at 9k miles Both my wife and I are seasoned drivers o clutch replacements under 34k miles You took care of the first for free Thank you that was at 9k miles Both my wife and I are seasoned drivers of manual shift so I believe that car was defective and we no longer trust it Once I got to Adam we were able to do a nice deal to trade it out for the newer automatic I do have to say most of the people I talked to we’re helpful to their capacity But a couple were really aggressive about the issue not being covered and really failed to address the low mileage and the fact it happened twice I’ve been in customer support for 30yrs I would never entertain someone like that working with or for me However everyone else was top notch More

I care deeply about the car that I drive. I want to drive something reliable and safe, and has decent storage space and good fuel economy. Given that my 20 year old car was going to be too ex I want to drive something reliable and safe, and has decent storage space and good fuel economy. Given that my 20 year old car was going to be too expensive to maintain after some issues and getting old, it was finally time to purchase a new car. To decide between the different makes and models, I spent a lot of time doing research before I even went to a lot. When I made it to Royal Moore Subaru, I was paired with Adam, and I’m incredibly thankful that I was. To put his knowledge into perspective, my dad said that he was one of the only car salespeople he’s ever met that knew more about their brand and models that he did - and being pretty analytical people, my dad and I asked him tons of very specific and in-depth questions about specs, features, warranties, etc. When I buy something as expensive as a car, I’m there to learn about the car from an expert. I don’t necessarily need to jive with my salesperson, I’m there for information. Luckily, though, I got both with Adam. He is personable, funny, witty, shares his thoughts clearly, is incredibly knowledgeable, and has a wry sense of humor. He was also very communicative whenever I needed to reach out with more questions when I was narrowing down my list of prospective cars. (My girlfriend wants me to add that she also thinks Adam is cool) All in all, I’m really glad I got to buy a car from Adam at Royal Moore. More
