The staff is wonderful. The service has been good, with one exception, they consistently over fill by one quart at each oil change. I have mentioned this each time I have been in, but it continued happening. This last visit my husband was with me and we again brought it up, and this time it was done correctly, but I don't think I should have to bring my husband or have to mention it every time. More

I started using this dealership when the dealership i brought the car from could not give me the service times and needs i required to leave my car there so i called around and found the KIA dealership i brought the car from could not give me the service times and needs i required to leave my car there so i called around and found the KIA dealership in Bloomington that had all the needs i wanted and since then they have done excellent service on my car and their employees are great to work with and do not lead you astray More

My wait time was very long with no updates on when my car was going to be done. I understand you have a recall going on. Customer Service still involves taking care of customers waiting and new customers com was going to be done. I understand you have a recall going on. Customer Service still involves taking care of customers waiting and new customers coming in. A new customer can wait a few minutes while you up date a customer that has been waiting for 2 1/2 hours with no updates. After asking several times when my car was going to be ready. I didn't get a update until 1/2 from when 1 asked a second time. The Service Technician seemed stressed and frustrated. I got all caps when he responded to my text. I took that as yelling at me. The other times I brought my car here when it was for a recall I had great service and up dates regularly. More

Never again. My daughters Kia Soul was broken into and towed to Kia of Bloomington. They would not give us an estimate until the parts arrived. If they knew wha My daughters Kia Soul was broken into and towed to Kia of Bloomington. They would not give us an estimate until the parts arrived. If they knew what parts it needed, why could they not give us an estimate. They gave us a $2900 estimate, including 2 hours for "lifting and diagnostics". First, the damage was all in the interior, no need to lift. Second, if they knew what to order, what did they need to diagnose? Third, they quoted 1 hour to "clean the window" they would install. Seriously? The total estimate was $1000 in parts, which were not specified on the estimate, I had to request a parts breakdown. Parts pricing was high, but not totally unreasonable. The 9.5 hours of labor, however was RIDICULOUS. I emailed the service writer, his response was "You asked for an estimate, I gave it to you". I requested the service manager call me, no response. This dealer will never get one penny of my hard earned dollars. Apparently her mother in law agreed to pay for it, or it would have been towed home and I would drive the several hours there to repair it myself, as I am an ASE Certified technician. Not a SINGLE nice word to say about this clown show. More
