Every one is calm and friendly. I felt like I was heard and I got a great car for me. I drove the car home the same day, like an hour after signing the papers! I am so glad that the Honda service department in Valley Stream has a large, clean, well lit, comfortable waiting room for me for when the car needs service. I am amazed we get 2 years free complete maintence! More

Our sales representative Ada was amazing! ! She showed us all different vehicles and gave us the pros and cons of all of them. She aimed to give us the best price. She did not pressure us into ! She also went the extra step of returning to us our garage door opener and EZPASS which we accidentally left in our car that we traded it in. Gary Lin is the Best! Friendly, proactive, informative and willing to work with you and make sure you go home happy and with the car you want and a deal you can work with. We didn’t have to spend all day and most of the paperwork was processed electronically on a iPad and on his office pc. We are in love with the car we got and the service we got at Honda.
