I purchased the Legacy with a very tight budget. Impressively, Abid and Anthony truly worked their magic! I left the dealership very pleased that late afternoon. Few days after I took the car home, it rained continuesly. Unfortunately, I noticed a weak dripped by the door. I was very nervous since I did not buy any warranty. In my head, I was on my own for the repair cost. My boyfriend did not think either that Gerald Subaru would help me out at that point , but I thought that it would not hurt to ask. Abid was just a text message away, so I went for it. He did not disappoint me. I was told to bring the vehicle back, so they could check it out. I made an appointment, and it was repaired/cleaned ( along with my little concerns) free of charge. The bonus, I was given my dream vehicle,Crosstrek, as my rental car! :D Amazing crew!!! I am very glad that I purchased my Subaru in this dealership! Thanks guys! More

That left us a bit apprehensive about our buying experience this time out but we were impressed with the experience at Gerald Subaru. Salesman was professional, knowledgeable & not pushy during our initial test drive visit. Price negotiation went very well - got a very competitive price but options seemed a bit high - we negotiated those down to everyone's agreement. Closing the sale was refreshing - no last minute tack-on crap like at the other dealer - care & service packages were pitched professionally without being annoyingly sold. Would definitely recommend Gerald Subaru & the staff we worked with: Len Batson, Dana Armitage, Leo Lopez & Abid Khan. More

Abid was very quick to help me when I walked through the door. He answered all of my questions, and was very patient when I was getting the car inspected by my mechanic (which ended up taking over an hour.) Overall, I am very satisfied with my car, the price I paid for it, and the general service I received from Gerald Subaru. I would recommend this place to anyone. More
