We had a situation where the 2.4 l motor of our SantaFe 2013 needed to be replaced due to P1326 Engine code - known issue. Myers Hyundai handled this flawlessly. From doing the motor inspection and submission to Hyundai Canada and keeping us informed all along the process, to looking what else can be replaced/swapped at minimal cost to us, to make this 220k+ car tip top shape again, they were top notch ! They did a serpentine belt replacement at no labor cost (needed to be swapped from old motor to new motor anyway) and suggested steering rack & pinion change to avoid safety problems + AC lines replacements as they were leaking. Not the cheapest (4400CAD $ & charge for rack & pinion and serpentine and AC lines change + 400$ motor inspection), nut top notch service. Kudos to Nicola, the service manager for being in our corner for the submission with Hyundai Canada. And, above all, a 6 out of 5 rating for Cora, our Service Advisor, for outstanding customer support! Folks like Cora, going the extra mile, making you feel you're in your neighborhood garage, make the difference! Kudos to you!

I am sharing my experience with Bank Street Hyundai to help inform others about their lack of honesty in the service department and the lack of integrity with honouring contracts at this dealership. In 2019, I purchased a used 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT from this dealership, along with an extended warranty that included a contract for unlimited lifetime oil changes. As of April 2025, the dealership has refused to honour this agreement. When I went in for service, they first attempted to mislead me into signing a new oil change contract, one clearly designed to be more profitable for them. They falsely claimed that all maintenance must be done at their dealership in order to qualify for oil changes—a condition that is not stated in the original signed agreement. They then told me the only way to receive an oil change was to agree to this new contract on the spot, which I declined. I followed up with the General Manager, Mr. Eli Nassrallah, regarding this breach of contract. He confirmed they would no longer provide the oil changes, arguing that because I perform some of my own maintenance (such as seasonal tire changes and brake replacements), they cannot verify proper upkeep and are therefore not obligated to honour the agreement. However, the contract does not state that service must be done exclusively by certified technicians. This is a clear example of a business refusing to stand behind their own legally binding agreement. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue professionally, I was met with no offer of compensation and no willingness to honour the terms I originally paid for. My advice to potential customers: be cautious when entering into any contract with this dealership. Based on my experience, they may not uphold the agreements they make and will prioritize profit over customer trust and fairness.

Horrible customer service experience after leasing. Incompetent service agents/mechanics who suggested I change my brakes - at an exorbitant price - when they just couldn’t find the real issue. My brakes were still in excellent condition. - confirmed by another (more trustworthy) Hyundai dealer. Horrible customer service also from the sales team. They never ever return a phone call (even confirmed by sales reps from other dealerships). And when you show up in person not to purchase a car from them, you receive the worst attitude. They have no time for you. A bunch of dishonest, incompetent people.

Last year in June, we had our 2023 Palisade Caligraphy serviced at 16,000kms. They told us it needed a brake service, despite only being a year old with such low KMs (around 10,000m). We had an oil change in January as per the service schedule. Today, after six months and constant phone calls from the dealership, we booked it in for another oil change, again, we get a call that it needs a brake service at a cost of $500. The car has 17,061, so has only done 1000 since the last brake service. Which also cost $500. I told them that this service was done last June and they told me it wasn’t.. When I pick my car up this afternoon (without a brake service) I am taking the paperwork from the last Brake Service and demanding to see the service manager. You need to be able to trust your service centre, am I do not trust Dilawri on Hint Club at all.

I recently purchased my second Hyundai vehicle, and this time it was from Ontario Hyundai. The entire process went smoothly, with only a minor hiccup related to the CRA delivery. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding support I received from Joanna in the Service Department. Joanna demonstrated genuine empathy, humility, and exceptional coordination of care. She went above and beyond to ensure I was fully supported during the service experience. Her communication was clear, her follow-up was consistent, and she made me feel valued every step of the way. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated to customer service, and thanks to her, I felt truly looked after. I also want to recognize Sales Manager Tariq and Financial Advisor Ghous for their excellent support. Thank you, Ontario Hyundai and Joanna, for making this experience a positive one!

What a terrible experience?! My daughter purchased her 2021 Elantra here and it has had nothing but issues. She drove it off the lot and immediately had issues and it had to be returned for repair, we later found out that service did not really service it or do anything to certify the vehicle. Engine part issues, tires that were in the trunk were bald and not matching as she drove out with winters on. The car was in such bad condition on pick up that it had to spend an extended period of time there for the repairs. This is horrendous for an actual Hyundai Dealership where you expect the quality to be more superior than the "mom and pop shop" dealerships, but not in Bolton. We plan on reporting this higher up to Hyundai. This is dangerous and feels like a scam under the Hyundai brand. If you see a deal, you are getting what you pay for. You are better off driving along Highway 7 and finding a small dealership than buying from here.

Qauison charged an assessment fee before looking at a warranteed issue. Road tested, issue was re produced. Somehow the technician claimed they couldn't re produce the issue. Video of the issue exists. Carrie is an assistant service manager and personable. She has to follow Quaison's unethical decision. Hyundai customer service is remarkably useless. No one appears to be trained in what they sell . The recalls , or campaigns on the vehicle places it into about 10 dealer visits within 3 years.

Immediately service manager says oh it may need engine ?xxx took 2 1 week to find out it was faulty throttle body sensor and another week to get it into shop. Wife picked up car. Dent on passenger door and grease smudged on her ivory white interior. I emailed them. ! CRICKETS so I have had the pleasure of telling a few people that admire our car. Steer clear of collingwood Hyundai and will continue to do so

On April 21 I went to Cooksville Hyundai for a routine service and winter tire swap. During the service, one of their staff damaged my Santa Fe by taking a turn badly and scraping it off the wall. The dealership promised to fix it but said they needed time to arrange for a loaner car. Long story short, It is June 6 and they have done nothing. The keep saying they have not been able to arrange for a loaner car. A car dealershipo can't find a car for me to use for something that was their fault????? Numerous emails, text messages and phone calls are not responeded to. It is like they do not exist. I have been there multiple times and get the same story that they can't find a car. Contacted Head Office and they are no better. They said they would contact the dealership to resolve the issue and get back to me in 3-4 days. Over a week later and not a word and they also do not respond when I try and get hold of them. Like my car but the customer service is a disgrace.

2025 Kona Sport is a great SUV, but the Woodstock Hyundai Management team decided to add a few unwanted and unasked for options to the car PRIOR to making the deal. 3M Stone guard at $600, Electronic Corrosion Module at $2500, (get one on Amazon for $200), and Mud flaps for $225. They will also pressure you into extended warranties and something called total loss protection insurance for a mere $3000. Buyer Beware !!! Read the fine print on the purchase agreement, if given the chance. Better yet, bring your lawyer and mechanic along..............

While Ottawa dealerships are more serious and rushed, It has been our experience that Harmony Hyundai, while often busy, is much more friendly and customer-focused. It has been a pleasure dealing with them and has left us with a very positive impression of this dealership. Even when we ran into an issue, they were quick to advise us of the situation and work to quickly find a solution. We are happy that we decided to work with Harmony Hyundai rather than just work with dealers in Ottawa or Orleans. We look forward to a similar good relationship with their service department. Trust and honesty are important when buying a car from any dealership. Unfortunately, after working with this dealership for over a week to buy a vehicle, I simply can't trust them and they have not been honest with their online listings. I dealt with Derek in Sales and the Sales Manager, Don. I can say with certainty that potential buyers can not trust the accuracy of the listings provided online. After trying to buy a 2024 Santa Fee which had only 6000km listed online, when it came time to purchase, the mileage was suddenly over 19,000km. The dealership offered me a $500 discount (for a 13,000km difference!?!) and the sales manager admitted that there are multiple errors on their website because they recently started working with a new company to sort out their online listings. How can potential buyers trust any information the dealership provides online? I spent over a week dealing with them and had multiple emails, texts and phone calls back and forth only to have all that time wasted. I can't say with certainty that there is a "bait and switch" happening here, but it certainly feels that way to me. Potential buyers, please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I'm so disappointed and frankly, angry.

Tre Parke was also very helpful and very patient with me. I asked so many questions but he did it very well. The finance lady (Shestin) did the same too.

It took over 10 days for them to look at the vehicle, made me collect every oil change receipt for them to say I did not maintain my vehicle. after 13 days they submitted their findings to Hyundai Canada, who then denied the recall claim. Shame on you Superior Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. This is a problem caused by your manufacturer on your motor. There was a recall that you will not go good for. After owning 3 Hyundai vehicles, I will never purchase another, nor will I ever recommend a Hyundai vehicle. Not to mention Superior Hundai also attempted to make me purchase 4 new tires for an all wheel drive vehicle I don’t even own. I may be a female but be assured I am not stupid.

We had some problems with Hyundai Canada and Kathie came on board and championed our situation. I am not a very approachable person and don't like to have my personal space invaded. This is in regards to CarMax Hyundai in Lindsay Ontario. Hyundai Canada, you need to do better. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Got a flat tire, called the dealership to see if it's covered under warranty, they said yes so I had it towed there. Confirmed with them it's under warranty at the dealership. Two days later I get a call saying the tire is on, but sorry it's not covered under warranty so it's going to be over $300. Then the manager Colin says he will give it to me at his cost which is $250 plus tax. After talking to another tire shop, I found out the cost of the tire is $185. When I asked the manager why the other tire shop was so much cheaper he responded with he has labour costs included in his price. He wanted to charge me labour for a job I did not give him permission to do. Omvic and consumer protection both said that in Ontario a dealership has to give you a estimate and get your permission before doing the work. They did neither. On top of all this while they had the vehicle for two days they didn't complete the recall that was on the vehicle even though I had asked them to. Avoid them at all cost!!! To the manager and sales person I dealt with, I expected better, I have purchased 3 cars from you in the last 18 months, I will never again so I hope you are happy with the $215 you got today in service.
