As soon as I walked into the dealership, the service was great. I had a specific car in mind and Leo was right there with all the info I needed and within half an hour I made my selection. All my questions were answered very professionally and with lots of knowledge. There was no high powered sales pitch which I appreciated. The paper work was all ready when I went in to pick up the car. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Alex Lapointe was excellent, patient, and more than willing to work with us in the selection of a car for our daughter. There was no overt pressure, a friendliness and genuine warmth, as well as a pleasant personality that made working with the dealership most worthwhile. While initially not drawn to a Hyundai, if the dealership is representative of the car, we would not hesitate to purchase a car again from them or to recommend the dealership to friends.

Met with Leonardo Alvarenga for the first time on May 13th, 2013, when I was looking to upgrade to a 2013 model. From the beginning Leonardo was very polite and put me at ease. Process was very smooth. Introduced me to Johnny Younes for the financial part. Everyone in the dealership went out of their way to put me at ease. On the 15th of May, when I returned to pick up my new car, Leonardo, showed me how everything worked in the car. Leonardo told me that I can call him any time if I have any further questions or if any issues arise. Very satisfied with the service and have no problem referring the dealership to family and friends.

I went in the dealership out of curiosity and emerged with a brand new Hyundai Elantra. Eric made the experience painless and as pleasant as possible. I was quite impressed with the attention he gave my concerns.

Great customer service, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was not pushy whatsoever. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere in the building was great and clean. Was very happy to bring my business there, as it was by far the best dealership that I had visited in the area. Look forward to dealing with Alex and the rest of the staff in the future.

Being a woman, I was not looking forward to dealing with your typical car salesman. Eric was very down to earth. I found him to be honest and he did his best to get me what I wanted at the price I was confortable with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest deal.

I felt the dealership as a one stop center. I came in to find out about a car and couple of days later I was driving out with my car. Great customer service and I feel like the start of a long term relationship. It's a matter of time before I go back. Try it.
