Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. Took my 2020 dodge ram in on Dec 2023 for breaks. I was advised by OMAR that front back breaks cost $3500 and emergency break needs to be replaced and rods in front of truck need to be replaced. The emergency break has never been used? I declined took to another dealership. Only front breaks needed to be replaced, there was no issue with front end as I asked them to check. The emergency breaks was also fine. So I can only assume that I was being scammed by OMAR in trying to gouge me for money to replace items not broken or needing repair. Beware of this place, you will get scammed.

Please run away from this dealership. The worst service and the worst employees. They kept my van at the dealership for 3 months and were always irritated when you asked them about the status. They do not update the client if there is any new information, and when we call them they are very rude. Finally, I got back the van. I am never going back to that dealership again!
