I brought my Fiat 124 Abarth in for service. Heather greeted me and as the saying goes- she had me at hello. She confirmed my appointment and the service I required. She asked if there was anything else greeted me and as the saying goes- she had me at hello. She confirmed my appointment and the service I required. She asked if there was anything else she could help with. She then proceeded to set me up at a free desk in the showroom where I was able to work while the service was performed. Once completed she notified me and handed me all the paperwork. The experience was seamless. Heather was polite, patient and professional. She smiled and exuded genuine care for me and my vehicle. I highly recommend her and the dealership in general. More

The car was scheduled for today at 10 I was in contact with the service manager Adriano. He promptly demonstrates the effort to solve the car issue. The car was scheduled for today at 10 am to be inspected again by them. They found the code stored on the car but the issue was not active. The service manager and Mike the technician are willing to find the car issue if the code is displayed again. Thank you Mr. Adriano for your help and provide the excellent service that I always had with Vaughan Chrysler. I am changing my grade from 1 star to 5 stars. Mr Adriano turned the terrible experience that I had with the service advisor Heather into a great service. More
Only at Vaughan Chrysler where you still get charged when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." . I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership so I cannot share my experience. However, my service experience has not been positive to date. Yesterday my vehicle was dropped off at 9:45am for a simple cannot share my experience. However, my service experience has not been positive to date. Yesterday my vehicle was dropped off at 9:45am for a simple brake inspection. I had to walk to work. Was not offered a ride or assisted with obtaining an Uber or cab. Came back to the dealership at 4:30pm and the car was in the exact same spot I dropped it off at. Service closes at 5pm More
