Shawn Longworth at ToyotaTown was great - he was far more knowledgeable than any of the other sales people we dealt with (went to 3 other dealers before coming here and spoke on the phone to another 2 reps at other dealerships) and just a nice guy to do business with. Lee Kendall, the fellow I first spoke to over the phone, was also lovely and very helpful, and Nicole Levasseur talked us through all the many financial options and answered all our questions very patiently. My 2013 Corolla LE looks and feels like a brand new car! The Team helped me with every question and concern regarding some negative issues we heard about other vehicles and all questions were answered and we also got a limited warranty included and road side assistance from the original warranty package.
