Received my brand new 2021 Toyota Sienna today from Northwest Toyota. Like every new vehicle these days that you order, it took awhile but it was worth the wait. Bought a car for our daughter. We dealt with Brian Macinnes for the deal he was great! We also dealt with Rick Hall. They were so great in getting the car delivered to us. Terrible dealer, terrible experience. Run and never look back. Long story short these guys are not worth even glancing their way. Find your Toyota at another wonderful dealership in Edmonton area. Tried to pull a bait n switch on me due to an error on their end specing the vehicle requested for purchase. Salesman: Had 0 product knowledge, made mistakes constantly, didn't communicate via preferred methods or stick to scheduled times. Wasted my time while at the dealership by being unprepared. Continued to harass and contact me continually. Sale Manger: Refused to move on pricing on their error and expected the client to eat the cost General Manager: Called to complain about my experience. He listened but didn't offer any solutions, and clearly didn't discuss with his team as the sale guy continued to contact and harass me to do a deal. Leadership comes from the top down and clearly this dealer doesn't value any of the characteristics I look for when purchasing a vehicle. Found my Toyota at another dealer and had a wonderful experience and quick transaction . More
I would have to say my wife and myself were very happy with the level of service and friendly staff at this dealership. Ketan was great to deal with. The sales manager Dominica was awesome and Hanna in fi with the level of service and friendly staff at this dealership. Ketan was great to deal with. You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whol factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whole day. Additionally it needed a quick test drive from a mechanic apart from routine check up to make sure steering wheel is functioning properly. Which is probably a common thing after all services to make sure vehicle is functioning optimally. There was no repair required anyhow but still it took 5.5 hours. If you don't have mechanic available then why do you book too many vehicles for service, why do you advertise about thousand service bays and what not. Other than that they have shuttle service for drop off and pick up which does not make sense (Operationally it is hard for business when you have to send driver to customers home 30Minx4 times= 2hrs Driver time+ Gas+ Vehicle) Why don't you just get the Uber to customers who live far which may be cheaper with a business account. I already had to wait for 40 Minutes which could have been turned in to indefinite time if i was not vigilant and did not check the mistake the shuttle driver made. The shuttle driver put his name and crossed off which showed that i am picked up so, other shuttle drivers started to take other customers who came later than me. Thank god i went and checked the sign in and sign out sheet otherwise i would be sitting there for 5 hours. The manager was then called on and he then fixed it. More
