My 12” Uconnect display failed after a overnight update & the software killed my battery. Shane was able to fit me in, change my battery & then get the software back up & running. I didn't understand the timing of service for our new vehicle, it was different than how things were handled at other (non-Chrysler) dealerships we've dealt with. Shane took on the responsibility of servicing our vehicle and has been there for us ever since! His professionalism and understanding of our expectations from a service department are truly outstanding. He is the one at the dealership that has won us over to possibly buy future vehicles and to recommend the dealership to others. Even during COVID, these guys are great! I had to get my brakes done and Shane ensured that I got in and out quickly! Shane does a fantastic job each time looking after my car’s needs! Terrible Service Avoid Rodney Maysingh!!!! If you want to be sworn at and threatened Rodney Maysingh is the man to see at Team Chrysler. My Jeep needed service because an Indicator Warning Lig If you want to be sworn at and threatened Rodney Maysingh is the man to see at Team Chrysler. My Jeep needed service because an Indicator Warning Light was on. Brought my Jeep in and Rodney informed me that the Electronic Vacuum Pump had to bee replaced the cost would be $1492.11. After the repair was completed the same indicator warning light came on again. I brought my Jeep in again and Rodney informed me that it was probably a hose because when the mechanic was replacing the pump one of the hoses was corroded. I asked why was the hose not fixed, no answer from Rodney. The hose had to be ordered came back the next day. I asked Rodney why was the corroded hose not repaired, Rodney said they did not think it was an issue. I asked Rodney if a Corroded hose was a good or a bad thing, Rodney replied it could be a good thing or a bad thing. After more discussion with Rodney he said "You are a( CURSE WORD) idiot, I know where you live and work I can get to you." More
