Nelson was very upfront with the sale, admitting I researched and know more about the vehicle than he does. He knows what inventory is on the lot, so we were able to compare colour choices in person. There was no pressure at any time. Being so new and in demand, there was not a whole lot of discount on the vehicle itself, but we were able to negotiate a satisfactory discount on the Gold Extended Warranty, Weathertech floor mats and front window tints. More

Within minutes of meeting Jennifer it felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than someone trying to make a sale. I did not once feel pressured or like she was trying to push a sale on me. At the end of the day it's her job to make a sale but it never felt that way and that goes a long way with me. She couldn't of been more helpful! The same can be said for Jamie. The sale had already been made yet she went out of her way to try to get me a better insurance policy. Even hours after I had left with my new vehicle she took the time to further investigate the matter for me, and contact me with updates. These two honestly could not have been further from the stereotypical salesperson. My entire experience with them was great! Moe Muntasir in finance was also awesome. He never once tried to force any of the extras on me. He did a great job at explaining everything and made the boring part of buying a vehicle a breeze. Also the girl at the front desk (didn't catch her name) was a sweetheart too. Very helpful and nice :) I'm starting to feel like I'm over doing it with the praise but I really had nothing but a positive experience with everyone here. Not a single complaint.
