2015 Audi SQ5 - Kevin Spears My wife and I purchased a 2015 Audi SQ5 via South Bank Dodge Chrysler Ltd in Ottawa, ON. Because we live in Calgary, we never test drove the vehicle n My wife and I purchased a 2015 Audi SQ5 via South Bank Dodge Chrysler Ltd in Ottawa, ON. Because we live in Calgary, we never test drove the vehicle nor physically saw the vehicle, however, given we test drove a similar SQ5 locally in Calgary we were comfortable with purchasing from South Bank given the original 4 year warranty remaining. We predominantly dealt with Kevin Spears - Sales Manager, who at first was very responsive and eager to close the sale. As soon as we wired the funds via the bank and South Bank recently their payment, the service went from good to horrendous. Kevin stopped responding to emails asking for a detailed sales invoices with full specs and neglected to arrange shipping (as previously agreed to and outlined in the original bare bones sales invoice) despite having fully paid for the shipping and full value of the vehicle. I had to email Kevin three times and call him several times before he getting a response. From there, Kevin still wouldn't provide exact details on shipping nor the promised detailed sales invoice showing full specs of what we purchased. I then had to call on Ala the Finance Manager to get more information. Not having any luck through Ala, I asked to be directed to Senior Management whom in the end was Patrick Buhler. Patrick actually stepped up to help me and provided the shipping contact and information on when we could expect our SQ5. I then requested the same detailed invoice with full specs on South Bank Dodge Chrysler letterhead from Patrick, however, Patrick shuffled me back to Kevin despite knowing that Kevin had dropped the ball. Kevin then proceeded to say he couldn't fulfill his promise to send us an official sales invoice with full spec sheet (blatantly lied to us). Finally, I then called the shipping company Livingston who works with CP Rail in terms of getting our SQ5 delivered to Calgary and they did not have my information on file and as a result, our SQ5 was 'lost' in the system. We finally managed to track down our SQ5 and I had to provide all my information in addition to the final shipping location which I had already all provided to Kevin Spears from day one once we closed the deal. Overall, this was a classic case of get our money then don't give a xxxx about following through on what I needed in terms of documentation, clarity on shipping dates/contact, & doing the job right the first time. I will never EVER deal or recommend to deal with this mickey mouse operation called Kevin Spears, South Bank Dodge, or his colleagues. What a complete joke. I'm debating sending through a formal complaint to the Ministry of Ontario. More

Dyami D'Adesky had previously called me to see how my 2011 was doing. So I meet with Dyami , he was very courteous and helpful. He help us the wife and I as if we were his friends. He guided us to get the best deal while dealing with the upper managers. The 2014 Caravan was well prepared and even newer parts were installed. We are very pleased.
