Amazing service From the moment I was checked in until I left. I was greeted by Tyler and Dan. Tyler took my keys and got the ball rolling. He took all my info and told me to wait in waiting room. Then Dan also approached me and made sure that I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable employees. Then of course as I walked to waiting room I saw Madeline. Big smile on her face. She asked how I was doing and how’s life etc. she is always so happy and friendly and genuine. She kept me updated on my Jeep and told me about other services I can get such as cleaning and other detailing etc. also ran into Emily and rj and rod. All were very kind. Asking me if I needed anything. Rod reminded me of the detailing and bricking services and rj told me more about the anti theft devices and options I have for my jeep. All the staff knows me and my jeep and they all take core of me welll. Amazing staff. I will always come back More
I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years with Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor (RJ Brand). This guy really has an attitude problem. The 1st time I dealt with him I couldn't get a response on when my truck would be going in, when will it be ready and all answers I got was with some attitude. 2nd time I brought my van in for some work that required immediate attention the answer I got is "Well, I not sure I can get anyone to even look at it until at least noon". Even though I had scheduled this appointment several days ago and promised that it would be taken care of the 1st in at 7:30am I had to go to another service advisor to get the work done. In my line of work, customer service is #1 I have been in the service industry for over 40 years now and if I were to talk to customers the way he talks, I would be out of a job fast as this is our principle way of handling the customers, with care, understanding, patience and respect. One thing that I can guarantee is, if for one reason or another I have no choice but to have to deal with him only, I will take my business elsewhere for any service as "attitude" is not in my vocabulary. I would though like to extend my gratefulness to Tyler, Dan, Madelaine and everyone else in you shop. They are great to deal with. I hope that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible as I will have more work that will require attention soon and not swept under the carpet as many other places do. p.s. I don’t know where to start with everything that we’ve been through with this place. We purchased a 2015 Jeep at the end of 2021 and went through MONTHS of trouble. We paid a significant amount extra to h been through with this place. We purchased a 2015 Jeep at the end of 2021 and went through MONTHS of trouble. We paid a significant amount extra to have undercoating done upon purchase, only for them to not do the undercoating. Which meant having to bring the vehicle back in for service. I had been dealing with our advisor for this and had an appointment booked to drop off and a rental promised. Show up for my appointment, no one knew I was coming, and they had no rentals available. Advisor of course wasn’t around to help. After getting it sorted the vehicle was left to get the undercoat. Come back the next day to pick up the Jeep, undercoat still wasn’t done. Advisor was ignoring my emails at this point so I had to reach out to a manager. Very long story short, we never did get that undercoat done. Fast forward to today, the engine blows. Luckily upon purchase we were given a lifetime warranty on the engine as long as all oil changes were done at an authorized mechanic/oil change business and we had the receipts. Now, we live far out of town so we checked multiple times with our advisor that the warranty is still valid as long as we have the changes done at an authorized business. I wish we had recorded our conversation. We call Southbank today to be told we have NO warranty as we haven’t brought the vehicle in to them for each oil change. Being ABSOLUTELY LIVID is an understatement. First of all our advisor should be fired on the spot with all the screw ups and lies we’ve had to endure. If we were told we had to bring the vehicle in for service only at Southbank to honour the warranty we absolutely would have! We are more than capable of changing the oil ourselves and yet we have been spending way more money brining it in to have it done for this reason alone. Now we have to replace the engine on a vehicle that’s only 9 years old that we only bought 2.5 years ago that has far less than 200,000 km. This place is run by xxxxxxx and is an absolute xxxx show. I’ve never had this many problems from one purchase before and I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from here. More
After having Tyler as my technician at Southbank, I will never go back. Tyler asked me to update my personal information on file before starting to work on my Jeep. This means that Tyler now also had my home address, and personal phone number if he wishes to access this information. I WOULD ENCOURAGE SOUTHBANK TO ENSURE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE AWARE AND FOLLOWING THEIR PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICIES. More

In 2020 I purchased my Ram 1500 classic the service I have received has been nothing short of top notch everyone I have dealt with has been great.
