First thing I booked my 2013 chev impala in for a washer fluid sensor, washer fluid spray nozzle, and rear defroster was not working. I had to wait till my days off to book it because the dealer service dep fluid sensor, washer fluid spray nozzle, and rear defroster was not working. I had to wait till my days off to book it because the dealer service dept was busy, so that was a week and a half away. I was ok with that because these aren't big issues to have warranty repair. But here is the issue On Feb 19,2014, I dropped my car off at 10 am and was told my vehicle would get serviced that day. At 450pm I was called by the service desk and asked if my car could stay over night as they only have one "trim" guy who takes care of these minor problems, but they would have my car ready by or before 12pm the next day. I was not offered a loaner car or anything to make up for the loss of use of my car for these really minor issues. The next day I get called at 2pm that my car is finally done. I was pretty upset with the lack of good service already, but at this point I explained to the service advisor that I have lost use of my vehicle for these minor issues for almost 2 days, I also lost out on overtime shift which cost me 400$ because of their lack of tech's to fix minor issues within a reasonable timely manner. I was offered NOTHING for the large inconvenience caused by the dealer's lack of techs which is more insulting and shows lack of care for their service department. So buying a car was a decent experience, but when it comes to the service end, Ron Hodgson dealership FAILS miserably!! SO lesson learned, ask the dealership how many techs they have before considering getting your vehicle serviced there. More

I came in to look for a replacement for my work pickup truck. Shane asked me what I was looking for and immediately set me up with a smoking deal on last year's model pickup (2013 Sierra Crew), and a 2014 truck. Shane asked me what I was looking for and immediately set me up with a smoking deal on last year's model pickup (2013 Sierra Crew), and a 2014 GMC Sierra Crew All-Terrain. Awesome trucks. Exactly what I was looking for. I went with the 2014 and gave Shane a list of accessories that I needed. He gave me a timeline that it would take to get them installed. Since I needed a vehicle before this truck could be ready, Quentin set me up with a car to drive for a couple days while waiting for the truck. After delivery of the truck, I looked over the quality of the installation of accessories and they were very well done. The truck was completely clean and well presented. Totally worth the wait. Hands down, the best part of dealing with Shane, Quentin and the entire team at Ron Hodgson were that they listened to my needs, told me what was available and let me choose what I wanted. They made this a great experience and put me into the exact vehicle I wanted. I'll be sending all my friends there. More

When I bought my truck it had a broken antenna so the sales rep removed it from my truck and swapped it with another one in the show room. That should have been a clear indicator of the dealership! Now every time I take the Truck in I get lot of "couldn't duplicate the problem" excuses. So they avoid ever fixing anything, unless it is a gasket! Amazingly enough the problem is back a day or 2 after getting home. All I want to do is switch brands! More

I was looking at buying a new car. I decided on the Chevrolet Cruze. I had specific ideas of what I wanted included.
