First and last purchase from Peel Dodge I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the I dealt with Rocco on my Ram 1500 purchase. I purchased the option for trailer brake control module and hitch. They said it was on back order at the time of truck pick up and it would be a few days. I said, that's understandable no problem I can wait for it. A few days turns into a week and a week turns into 2 weeks. This calling Rocco a few times before, he gets back to me letting me know parts are in. I was like great. Then it took another 3-4 days to wait for a service to call me, however they never called to book anything. After waiting and waiting, I decided to call the sales manager. He puts me on hold to come back to tell me that the brake module was still on back order. So I asked, why did Rocco tell me it was in? Anyway long story short, I ended up getting a refund on the trailer brake and hitch. Sucked because I needed to haul some stuff for long weekend. It short, wouldn't go back there. I also bought into their $1995 rust protection as part of getting a 0.01% financing option. Wow do they do a horrible job of rust proofing for paying $1995.00. I will post a YouTube video link showing you all the missed spots underneath so you can see for yourself. You would think for paying nearly $2000.00 that it would be near perfect. I guess not. They look like they have a lot of great reviews, but I'm sure there are bad ones that people don't bother putting up. I'm just writing a review of what I experienced. More
