1st not so good experience turned into a excellent 2nd one As a young female, I was very nervous going into the dealerships looking for my first new car. When I went in the first time I dealt with Frank D. and As a young female, I was very nervous going into the dealerships looking for my first new car. When I went in the first time I dealt with Frank D. and that was a mistake, he did not seem interested in my needs. I mentioned I was interested in the Tucson, and before I finished my sentence it seemed like he had one pulled up front for me to test drive. While I was getting in the car he said he would write up a quote for me while I was gone but did not know anything that I wanted, example, financing, down payment, and for how long. I tried to explain quickly what I wanted. When I got back he had written up the quotes on a scrap piece of paper that did not seem legitimate, and the quotes he gave me did not include the finance % in the price. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, and I almost went to another Hyundai dealership the next day. I then went back 2 days later with my parents, and that was when we met Stephanie. She was amazing, very personable, and polite, and took her time to find out exactly what I wanted in a car. We then sealed the deal and I had my first car. She was excited for me which made it a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone. More
