Great follow through Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified and she got me back in ASAP to get it fixed and replaced however there was a damaged oil filter shield which needed to be ordered and shipped from Edmonton; Fiona was awesome and great follow up and getting things corrected and dealt with ASAP was in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road to work. Fantastic job. More

We were always told To go to Woodridge but after a really bad buying experience, and lackluster customer service, I was more than happy to meet Mitch at the service center in Northstar! We will be taking our truck here for everything from this point forward! He was super helpful, honest and didn't try to sell me anything! Just someone that you can be comfortable talking about your car/truck servicing needs with. We had planned on buying a Truck and an escape at the same time and after buying the truck, had a terrible feeling about Ford. Mitch has changed my mind, and we are reconsidering purchasing! More
