Buyer beware - Deposits! We learned our lesson the hard way when we gave $1000 deposit on a new F150 sitting on lot, after being at the dealership for a couple of hours. Our understanding was that the deposit would be refunded if the financing did not get approved. I signed the purchase agreement stating deposits are non refundable if financing is approved. The mistake was made because we were told only one signature was needed, my 7 month old was freaking out and my husband was dealing with him. The credit application was done for both my husband and I. The financing was approved for myself but not with my husband on the loan. We wanted the loan in both names but unfortunately we could not get our deposit back because I was the only one on the purchase agreement. The dealer has all of their bases covered and would not give the deposit back. They were out no money, they did not bring the vehicle in from somewhere, they literally took the $1000 deposit saying they have every right to keep it, which legally they do. Needless to say we feel like complete morons and are out $1000. I just want other people to be more careful when handing over their credit card, make sure you read everything and have every verbal agreement in writing. This dealership basically called us liars in not so many words and are willing to hold our deposit hostage for one year if we decide to move forward with the purchase with the financing in my name only. More

Cassandra spoke well and represented the dealership in a professional manner. Nicole processed the checkout of the vehicle at the end of the day in a polite and professional manner too. There was no work done as the inspection passed the criteria without a change. There was no cost to me for the inspection. More
Very happy with service this time Drop off was smooth and quick. Investigated a small oil leak that had occurred after the last oil change. Repaired and cleaned the faulty oil filter. I had a GC for a gold clean that I asked to have done. The amount effort and the results of the detail was great. My truck looks fantastic. Highly recommend for the price. I'll be doing it once a year. More

Great service I had a broken back window on my 2012 F150 . It exploded for no apparent reason . Mitch was very understanding, the other short lady not son much . The service manager suggested that I call Ford which I did. They would not help even though it is apparently a common occurrence. The cost through Ford was ~$1500 installed . I had the same unit installed by Glass Masters for $730 - all in . The service manager was very helpful but I understand that there want much he could do . I did receive a $200 service/ parts credit from Ford. More
Disappointed I was really unimpressed with the service. I recently moved from Ontario and I never had a bad experience at my ford dealership there (Wayne Pitman Ford in Guelph, Ontario). On two occasions I called the dealership and left a message. Both times I waited for a week and never heard back so I called again and someone picked up. When I arrived at the dealership I spoke to Mitch Coppieters and he was great. He validated my concerns, appologized on behalf of the dealership, and gave me his extension to call in the future. I pointed out to him that I had failed to take off shipping papers that were tapped to my winter tires (I had to have them shipped from Ontario), and he assured me it would not be a problem to take them off. When I got home I noticed the papers were not removed from the tires. Since they had been driven on at the dealership and on my way home they were now very stuck. I cannot get them off. I would have understood if they said this was not part of their service and they could not do it, but when they said they would, I expected it to be done. On my way home the tire pressure light came on. The tires had not been sufficiently filled and I had to do this myself. I will not be returning to this dealership for service in the future. More
