Salesmen use 'Dirty Tactics' to keep deposit Bought a new vehicle here in 2015 - great service & no problems. Went back recently for a new vehicle & trade in. Wrote up a contract for a vehicle Bought a new vehicle here in 2015 - great service & no problems. Went back recently for a new vehicle & trade in. Wrote up a contract for a vehicle we liked & put 1000.00 deposit - on that vehicle - before we were told if it was available or not. Had vagually asked about a special order - was told a deposit of 2000.00 was required & would take 14 weeks. As I was signing the contract for the vehicle with the 1000.00 deposit the salesman told me - "if you go elsewhere to buy a different vehicle you will lose this deposit on this vehicle" - & I said fine. No mention at all of a special order. Unfortunately for me I didn't take the time to read it over as I was wrongly assuming that I was dealing with an honest Ford employee. He had added the words -"and special order" onto the contract & DID NOT mention that to me anytime in our conversation. Of course they said that since I signed it thats tough & no return of deposit. No Special Order Forms were filled out. DIRTY Sales Techniques. BEWARE. More

Same terrible service as usual I had my vechicle sent to Ford for insurance work as my sunroof blew up, was told it was complete and finished so I dropped off the rental vechicle go I had my vechicle sent to Ford for insurance work as my sunroof blew up, was told it was complete and finished so I dropped off the rental vechicle got a drive to Ford body shop only to find the tarp for the sunroof not attached to the track and oil finger prints and the water stains not removed, it was to be fully detailed and there was still glass thru out, I then was told to get my rental back and it would be taken care of over the weekend detailed in tip top shape, enterprise came and picked me up again for the rental after wasting 2 hours of time I had the rental again. Called Wednesday again to pick up, water stains and glass still there nothing done I was told Ford only gets $20 from my insurance company for detailing so that's as good as it gets. I said the deal you have with my insurance company is not my problem but yours. I told the insurance company from the beginning the service is terrible there and I should of went somewhere else so now my insurance pays another company to detail my vechicle and I am in a rental again More
