I picked a 9am time slot and when I arrived, the service girl said that they don't take appointments on Saturdays. I realize it wasn't there service girl who booked my appointment but I had planned on waiting for my service. At this point the service girl told me she'd try and figure something out. I went and sat in the show room and she came back a few minutes later and told me that she'd gotten my car in. The service girl was great but the girl who booked my appointment might need to know when to take appointments and when not to take them. More
