Technician at the dealership did very good diagnosis and found both the front wheel hubs as well as the bearings need to be replace. Ford service centre honest opinion and service done by not charging any extra bucks and covering all the parts under warranty made me feel very satisfied with this dealership service centre. Highly recommended. More

The technician was able to inspect it the same day and order the parts. They replaced my transmission within 2 business days. However, since this transmission problem is under recall, I was very surprised that I had to pay to have my car towed in. It is not fair to me. More
