Honest and Awesome Recently had a gentlemen hit my parked F150 and damaged the mirror. I want to allow the third party to pay out of pocket so his insurance ratings woul Recently had a gentlemen hit my parked F150 and damaged the mirror. I want to allow the third party to pay out of pocket so his insurance ratings wouldn't go through the roof over something so small. George Thorne provided me with a quote and said if they could save the chrome piece on original mirror he would in order to reduce the overall cost of the claim. The shop called me when the parts were in and the repair took about 20mins! (BLOODY AWESOME!!!) When it came time to pay for the invoice, George let me know that he was able to save the original part so the estimate was less than the original (MIND BLOWN!! HONESTY AT IS FINEST!!). All and all a fantastic experience at this shop and I will continue to use them for as long as I own a FORD or I move :) Great job ladies and gentlemen!! More

Leaking PTU seal - great service Took my brand new Escape (5000 km) back to Northstar because of a leaking CV half-shaft seal. Overall a great experience. The service writer (Cassan Took my brand new Escape (5000 km) back to Northstar because of a leaking CV half-shaft seal. Overall a great experience. The service writer (Cassandra) was pleasant, and even offered me c-train tickets to get work and back to the dealer since I wouldn't have my car for the day. The mechanic replaced the bad seal, and did an awesome job cleaning up all of the mess underneath, making my Escape look and feel new again. More
