I went it offering to pay the entire car up front. He said the car was not able for purchase unless financed at an estimated 4.99%..... plus there was a $400 admin fee. What this means is that with tax, financing and the admin fee that the cost of the car is now $9998 but $12337.... This car is WAY over valued for the price. Also this finance rate is and ESTIMATE meaning the bank can quote you over or under, but since you have signed the deal, you have to agree to whatever rate the bank quotes you (whether that is over or under the finance rate). Also the dealer was non-negotiable on the price and very rude. I went with my brother who is an auto mechanic and has my mother (who works as a director in finance) discuss this deal with the dealer and they were appalled. Just another situation where a dealer was trying to take advantage of a young woman. Also had to wait a half hour for him to speak with me, but that was the least of my problems. More

From the time i walked in the service was excellent. Ive since recieved numerous courtesy calls from Cyrus ensuring everything was well . I would highly recommend Cyrus and north york chrysler to all my friends and family. Overall the service and experience i recieved was excellent. More

When a particular problem with the vehicle arose, North York Chrysler was able to take care of everything both quickly and efficiently to make sure my investment was taken care of. The service advisors who work there are more than just employees; they are people who care. Both Heather & Leanora always make sure that I am able to leave the facility with the confidence knowing that my vehicle is always running at 100%! More
Very POOR service and DISNONEST!!! BEWARE OF Jonathan Ng I have now had separate experiences with the service department on two different vehicles. Yesterday I brought my car in for warranty work. They busted the clip off on one of the panels and then tried to cover it up by attaching it with a zip tie (aka cable tie). Unfortunately not only did the panel not fit back on properly but they left the end of the zip tie they cut off on the floor mat (OOPS - BUSTED!). Very little interest in making it right. On another occasion I was in there with my daughter and her new car.... they have a sham when you get the oil changed to tell you to get a front wheel alignment done because the right front tire is wearing uneven. Definitely not the case - very even wear using tire tread depth gauge. Rotated the tires just before the next oil change -told my daughter to watch what they say this time and sure enough - they said the same thing - need a front wheel alignment because the front right tire is wearing uneven.... mentioned we just rotated the tires and they dropped it quickly. Next oil change was just after putting on brand new snow tires - same story - YOU NEED A FRONT END WHEEL ALIGNMENT because of uneven wear. I mentioned that the tires had less than 50km on them and again they went quiet. That is very crooked.....Last time I will ever go there for service - but other people should be AWARE of their practices. More

I tried desperately to get someone form the dealership to call me back to confirm they still had the vehicle and would sell it to me. So here is my story of how to waste 3 and half hours of your life that you will never get back. Called the dealership, asked to speak to sales person, all busy call me back...nothing happened. Went on line spoke with the online rep and asked if they could get someone to call me back...nothing happened. Put in an online request for contact via the website on the vehicle of interest - no response. Called the dealership again.... no salesman ... call back ... never happened. Put in another online request for contact via the website - no response. GAVE UP! Next day got a call from the customer service end of Chrysler asking how my experience was the day before. I told them no one ever called me back... they sounded shocked and apologized but that was it. Actually next day called up Islington Chrysler, talked to a salesman and went down the same day to purchase a vehicle. That is what it should be. Bought my daughters car at North York a few years ago but the SALES and SERVICE has gone WAY DOWN HILL. My son bought his vehicle from dealer in Newmarket because of the rude response at North York last year. I THINK THEY WILL BE IN TROUBLE SOON IF THEY CONTINUE WITH THIS LACK OF SERVICE. More

When it was apparent that my car would not be ready that day, she arranged for a rental. Two days after my appointment, she called back to inquire about the repair. When she learned that the job was not done to my satisfaction she arranged for me to come back the next day and personally took care of the situation. It was by far the best customer car I have experienced! She took a personal interest such that I will have no hesitation in returning to the dealership in the future More
Dishonest & Deceptive Sales... BUYER BEWARE. I visited this dealership to purchase a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My entire experience was filled with typical high pressure sales tactics and lies. I visited this dealership to purchase a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My entire experience was filled with typical high pressure sales tactics and lies. I had found a similar vehicle for $61,000 (including an extended Chrysler warranty) at another dealership, but it was not the colour I wanted. North York had a similar vehicle in the correct colour so I went there looking to see if they would match the price for the vehicle and warranty from the other dealership. I had done a lot of research into the extended warranties and knew that only the ones provided by the manufacturer were actually worth investing in. There are many third party warranties available, but good luck getting re-imbursed if anything ever goes wrong. A quick google search related to any of these companies will provide you with endless hours of horror stories to read. My salesperson Ali and his manager Yasir utilized all the normal high pressure sales tactics that one would expect from a low end dealership. Once I provided them with the written estimate from the other dealership (which included the CHRYSLER warranty) Yasir agreed to sell the vehicle for $62,500 ($1500 more), even though he was going to "loose money on the deal". I decided to go ahead with the purchase because I really wanted the colour they had in stock, but asked Yasir to provide me with the details of the extended warranty so that I could make sure he was providing the correct Chrysler package (there are about 10 different options). His response was "it's exactly the same as what you requested from the other dealer". I told him that I would not proceed with the purchase until he told me exactly what I was receiving. And the truth... After endless requests for proof of the type of warranty, Yasir contacted me and said that there was "some sort of mixup" and they had actually quoted me with a THIRD PARTY warranty (not backed by Chrysler) that only covered the engine, but they only did it so they could "match" the price from the other dealer. Ali, Yasir and the finance manager knew that I had zero interest in anything but a Chrysler warranty and still tried to deceive me. I asked to speak with the general manager (who could never be bothered to get back to me), but did speak with a sales supervisor who tried to defend their actions (and told me I probably wasn't very clear about what I wanted) instead of just apologizing for the mixup. Yasir agreed to fix the issue and put the proper warranty on the vehicle, but when I got the updated paperwork, the price had increased by another $3000! At this point I left the dealership and went somewhere else. Also, here are some lines Yasir & his friends used that I found funny. Right out of the sleazy salesman handbook: - We can sell it to you for.... but I'm going to loose money on this deal - This offer is only good until the end of the day - If you sign the agreement right now, you have X amount of days to change your mind. - After taking a test drive and looking at the numbers I said I needed to think about it as their price was still high. Their response "was there something wrong with the car, what do you need to think about?" Avoid this place... More
