While showing and explaining in great detail all the wonderful features of the Kia Sportage, he also engaged us in conversations about our backgrounds etc. and we were so delighted at how he talked to us as would a friend. He made the entire transaction so smooth and worry free. I have never met a more hospitable and kinder person in sales. We also had a great experience with Mike doing the final financing paperwork. Everything was so easy. And to top it off, the sales manager and the service manager both came to congratulate us on our purchase. All in all, it was a five-star experience all the way.
