I was in a tough and expensive lease and it was draining me financially e I called Maple Ridge VW based on an advertisement I had heard on the radio. As a single mother, facing Christmas this year I needed the best deal anyone could offer me to get out of my expensive car and into something more economical for me and my son. I saw an ad for a 2013 Passat at Maple Ridge Volkswagen and met w My wife and I were interested in replacing our sixth VW - a fifteen year old Jetta. I saw an ad for a 2013 Passat at Maple Ridge Volkswagen and met with David Procknow, who was very helpful. After driving it, both my wife and I liked the car but in the end Martha decided it was too big and not sporty enough. In the end we got a used 2014 Jetta at a very good price and couldn't be happier. We walked out feeling we had been treated well. David Procknow was very supportive and professional. He seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the VW product line, took time to understand our requirements, and represented our interests well. I consider him one of the best sales people I have dealt with. Scott Rainone was very patient in explaining all our options and made the actual purchase almost painless. I had some followup questions with respect to the Bill of Sale which he responded to quickly and followed up to make sure that I understood his response. Like David, a real professional. Lorne Ross pulled the final deal together in a way the met the needs of my wife and I. Although very busy, he too took time to make sure that our needs were met and that we were satisfied with the purchase experience. So bad that I could't consider getting a new car, and had to use transit for couple months after I got into accident under my fault. I browsed through many dealerships, both used and new, but just couldn't find the car that fits my budget and credit. When I first walked into VW Maple Ridge, I was really tired of being rejected and only confronted with little options that are not even worth considering. But Alanna knew exactly how to help me out. Process she took to help me getting a car that fits my budget was very wise. She walked me through the option I had, and friendly recommended what she thought would be the best solution. Whole time with her, I felt like she was really helping me out. Not trying to sell me stuff. She felt like assisting me rather than selling me. After Alanna helped me out wonderfully, Ben Si, from finance helped me greatly. Other finance managers I dealt with other brands really pushed me into corners and they seemed to be not on my side. Usually they would just give me a interested rate number and done. This was not with Ben. He really, I mean REALLY tried to get me the best deal I can get. He even called me 5 days after the purchase to come again and sign the paper again because he found better rate for me! I mean who does that? No one I dealt with at VW Maple Ridge tried to steal my money. Both Alanna and Ben was on my team to really help me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know and anyone that I don't know. At Maple Ridge VW, you get a team that works hard to get you to win. Can't be more happier. More
