Unsatisfied My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership not too long ago we couldn't get approved for the loan so they asked us to bring in a cos My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership not too long ago we couldn't get approved for the loan so they asked us to bring in a cosigner so we did. Thinking that the loan would be under my husbands And the cosigners name which is what they told us that they were going to do, they only put the loan on the cosigners name with out our knowledge. Which we didn't find out about until the loan went through we signed all the paperwork and they received all the finances for the car. When we confronted them they said it was too late so we took the car off the lot on an empty tank and a filthy dirty . I texted the dealer and asked him if we always send customers home on an empty tank gas and a dirty car and he said no he forgot to take a look at the car and to bring the car back at a later date to get it cleaned . I finally took the car back a couple weeks later and they ended up keeping the car the weekend not only to clean it but to fix the CD player because the CD player ate the very first CD I popped into the car . The gentleman that I dealt with was great his name is Steven and he was very helpful . I finally got the car back after the weekend was over the CD player was fixed which was great but the car was still dirty , I texted my dealer Bradon again telling him that the vehicle was not cleaned along with pictures to prove it and he never responded back to me . I waited around for a week and after getting no response from him I ended up getting the car detailed from a different company and had to pay for it myself . I was very dissatisfied with the customer service that I received from Bradon and will not be referring Any one to purchase from this dealership. More
Competent and professional staff who know their cars I'm an out of town buyer, so when I get to a dealership I don't want a lot of fluff and nonsense. The staff here, especially Greg and Nigel were helpful, concise and professional in their dealings with me. The vehicle I was looking for was exactly as described. One thing I do recommend if your buying from here is to make your best deal and include the phrase " subject to customer approval of financing' if your going that route. Why you ask? because like so many dealerships the 'fees' are outrageous and according to them 'non negotiable'. 899.00 for a documentation fee is at least 500.00 to high - and they charge you a fuel fee of 150.00 to top up the tank of the vehicle your getting then they charge you tax on top of that even though the tax on the fuel is already paid at the pump! So just before you sign on the line - tell them to reduce the cost of the vehicle your getting by the amount of the fuel fee and taxes and 500 off the 'documentation/administration' fee. Be prepared to walk if they don't. On the plus side - you will be well treated and looked after. More

Avoid, avoid, avoid I stopped in at Mainland Ford recently to look at a car advertised on their website. What a mistake, and a total waste of time. Everything you hear a I stopped in at Mainland Ford recently to look at a car advertised on their website. What a mistake, and a total waste of time. Everything you hear about scummy car dealerships and nasty tactics, they embody. Upon arriving at the lot, I was never asked if I needed help. Several employees saw me and ignored me - fortunately I found the car I was interested in quickly enough. The first red flag should have been the condition of the car: this is a 2014 with only 45,000km on it, and it was beat half to death. They'd obviously spent no time or energy detailing the car or getting it ready to sell. But, as I'd ventured all the way out to this lot, I thought I should at least give it a fair shake. I walked to the showroom, where I continued to be ignored, and finally approached the customer service desk. Finally someone asked me if I needed help, to which I said yes, and that there was a car I'd like to look at. We chatted about the car, and took it for a test drive. As I'm not from Vancouver I didn't have a route in mind, and took the salesman's suggestion, which turned out to be four right turns back into the dealership. At one point the salesman asked me if I was into street racing. We're testing driving a performance car, don't be surprised when I drive it spiritedly and certainly don't insult me. After driving the car, I wasn't sold on it. My current car is fine in most respects and I told the salesman this, and that if I were to buy this car it would mostly be a step sideways and therefore I'd have to get a really good price on the car to consider it. I also told him that it would be a cash purchase. He said he understood and went away for 20 minutes to "run the numbers". After "talking to his manager", the salesperson came back and told me the price would be $19,560, with $10,000 down and payments... I told him that was the full price of the car, and that I had told him I was paying cash. Why did it take 20 minutes for him to lookup the full price of the car, and why was he giving me financing quotes when I made it clear I would be paying cash? I made a counteroffer, which was aggressively low (remember, I don't need or even REALLY want this car), but based on black book value would still give the dealer a reasonable profit. I told them I would drive the car out of there that night: the dealer would have made several thousand dollars in profit for an hour of their time. Again the salesperson took 20 minutes to "talk to his manager", only to come back and tell me that the price had not changed. If you weren't going to counter-offer, why did you waste 20 minutes of my time? Just tell me straight-up. During the time he was away, I looked up the vehicle on the company website and found they were advertising it for $19,300. That's right, they were quoting me a price HIGHER than they were advertising on their own website. When I pointed this out to the salesman, he denied it (uh, buddy, I've got my smartphone right here...). Given that they took a total of 40 minutes to "run the numbers", it's either incompetence or something far worse that they couldn't even match the number on their website. When I explained that my offer was based on black book value, with a reasonable profit built in for the dealer, the salesperson seemed shocked that I knew the black book value (buddy, it's 2016 and BB values are not hard to find). He then went on to say it didn't matter because nobody uses black book, and mumbled something about "statistics". In short, avoid Mainland Ford. They sell beat-up wrecks of cars, don't honour the prices they post online, insult their customers, and employ every scummy sales strategy in the book to try and close a deal. They must make their money from uninformed customers who don't know any better, because any car buyer who's done any research will see right through them and their BS. More

The fact that I was not in the market for new car and left with great deal that I could not refuse on 2015 Fusion. To his testament and work ethics and he will work extremity hard to find the right vehicle that you need and want. Even if it means bring over couple of cars from other dealership. To ensure that your satisfy with your purchase. I would recommend anyone that is in the market for new or used car to go see Kobi at Mainland Ford. You will not be disappointed. A. Ali More
Excellent Experience I knew exactly what I wanted and called the dealership looking for the car I wished to buy. Karan had answered my questions and my son and I went dow I knew exactly what I wanted and called the dealership looking for the car I wished to buy. Karan had answered my questions and my son and I went down to see what was available. We started with the usual patter and I explained what I wanted, that it would be cash, no trade and I was looking for the best price. Karan went to work and he delivered a car that my son fell in love with and that fit my budget. Matt came up with the price, we negotiated a tiny bit and the deal was done. On the finishing side, once I bought the car, things seemed to slow down a bit but I was overall pleased with the deal, the service and the professionalism of the team. They even arranged for plates and insurance. I would certainly use this dealer again! They listened and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. I hate buying cars and this was almost painless! More
