The manager phoned us, was exceptionally nice and great customer service until the papers were signed and then it went to crap. We were promised 2 gifts with the purchase of 2 vehicles and then went back on their word. They got their money and that was that. Taylor evening got commission on both vehicles even after we never even saw him again. He definitely didn't earn it and needs a lesson in manners. More
