When I arrived to pick it up the truck was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas. After the sale, I realized there was only one key set. I called and Linda arranged to send one out to me and have it programmed here at the dealerships expense. Erin was very efficient and knowledgable with the financing as well as extremely helpful recommending and then helping move the insurance forward. The entire experience was friendly fast and efficient. I love my new truck. More

Erin took very good care of us in finance and managed to get us $1300 + refund on our extended warranty. We picked up the truck on Saturday. Nicole helped us set up Onstar, gave us another round of the vehicle then we toured the parts and service area. She also showed us where we could get the vehicle touched up in case of rock chips. Why you ask, was it like visiting a great aunt? Every time we visited we were warmly welcomed and they all tried to feed us or provide something to drink. The whole experience was both pleasant and fun. More

Average nothing special Struggle to get vehicle in stock on time, over all the experience was ok but nothing fantastic. After I committed to the deal I was offered a lower price for the same car at another dealership, Lakewood wouldn't match the price as I had already accepted the offer but not signed any paper work for financing or received the vehicle yet. I started dealing with sean simon on a new truck after he cold called me a few months ago. I was shocked at how much new trucks cost and it pretty well took me a month to get over that. We kept going back and forth building a new truck that was close to what i wanted, at a price that i could afford. I settled on the truck you see in the picture, and just to make sure i was getting a good deal i checked with 4 other dealers to compare. Out of that group only lakewood and 2 other dealers wanted to earn my business, but only lakewood worked out the best price and features that suited me best. I didnt choose the lowest price because i want good service and im willing to pay a little more to get it. The truck was ordered, built and came exactly as i wanted it to be several weeks later. I was hoping for more hp from the gas engine but settled for what is available for the price. The deal we struck was fair to both sides, there was no changes on their part and the whole process was done within a few hours of me showing up. Most of the delivery was spent on showing me new truck features. Im still lost but its so comfy . I would like to thank sean simon, danny bass, manita bains, kyle in parts and james logozar in service, as well as everyone else at the dealership whos names i dont know, i feel that i got a good deal, good value for my hard earned money and a beautiful new chev 3500 truck.
