I was supposed to be leaving for a trip the next day. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, James suggested that I switch to my summer. That made me feel that he honestly cares about his customers. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I ended up getting a new tire anyways. He brought it in for me the next day and even though they had a full day they even replaced it for me so I didn't have to delay my trip any longer. That is one example why I would hands down reccomend this dealership to anyone! Ask for James! You won't be disappointed! 😊 More

I feel like I got reasonable value for my trade in with the sale manager and fair good pricing on upgrading some accessories. Financing was straight forward and not pushy. Service made a mistake and didn't apply one of the protection products I purchased. They call me in right away and offered complimentary application of another product for the hassle which was appreciated. I later purchased some all weather mats and parts was very helpful in advising a good product and saving me some money. Overall it felt a little more small dealer - in a good way - than some of the other places I have bought a car/truck. I've bought a lot of new vehicles and this dealership seems to be honest and up front. When little human errors were made they made it right and then some. More

That's what car buying expereince should be! I bought a 2016 Corvette this past weekend and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I found it on Autotrader which checked all my boxes. I thought it was worth an effort to make a trip from Calgary to check it out. It was every bit as advertised and more! It has less wear and tear than I expected, at least to my eye. The test drive appointment was scheduled on my first preference. I offered further reasonable price deduction which was accepted without further bargaining. Some after-sale packages were presented as expected but I didn't feel any hard-sell pressure. The financing rate offered was probably better than I could get at my own bank. All in all, I was very pleased with the product, the service, and friendly atmosphere at this dealership. I definitely would come back for future business! More

Avalanche service I feel many service stations over charge and talk down to a female. I was told by a service station that my Avalanche needed over $2,000 in repairs. Lakewood fixed the problem for less than $1,000.00. They also fixed a couple of small problems for no cost. When I got home my side mirrors were not working and James helped me get them going over the phone! I cannot say enough about the confidence I have at this service department. Thank you! More
