Paul really knows how to get your morning blood going with laughter and makes the process of rushing to the shop at 9am worth it, and easier, with his excellence in customer appreciation. Issues are promptly fixed and you feel safe with these individuals touching your batmobile and of course, the price is always right. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere as a first time car owner and they strive to make you feel a part of the Chrysler family. And to that beautiful young John Snow look alike who cleaned my car, well you make dealing with rush hour worth it. More

Its a Jeep 'Thang' I went shopping for cars with the wife last week, we were looking for something to lower our payments as well as suite the family a little better. Darrel was there waiting for us on the hottest day of the year in a full out suit (commitment). He helped me convince the wife to get a Cherokee, I always wanted one. The Wife loves her vehicle and would never change it now, wont even let me drive it. Darrel went the extra mile when he not only found me my jeep but helped me to hide some negative equity. Darrel hooked me up with Candice in her amazing front office and we got the deal everything wrapped up (Great place for her office). I love my Jeep it the perfect. Thanks to the team for finding it, and bringing it in for me. You will definitely see my friends and I back at your dealer ship. More

They have lost a repeat customer! I don't have enough page here to describe how disappointed I am with my recent experience with Courtesy Chrysler. We have bought three Dodge Caravans I don't have enough page here to describe how disappointed I am with my recent experience with Courtesy Chrysler. We have bought three Dodge Caravans from Courtesy Chrysler over the past 12 years, and after this we will not be back again. I have no complaints with the people we dealt with, but their corporate policies are a lesson in how to lose long term customers. Either we were flat out lied to or the salesperson /service technicians we dealt with are incompetent. We purchased a used Dodge Caravan a number of months ago. At that time we noticed a noise in the from the back of the vehicle (our fault we didn't get it further inspected). When we mentioned this to the salesperson we were told they had replace the rear brakes on the van and it had been fully inspected and passed all their tests (again our fault for believing a salesman). Fast forward to now and the noise continues so we take it to our new mechanic. Within 15 minutes he tells us and shows us the issue, a worn out rear wheel bearing. He tells us there is no way that amount of wear had happened in the time we owned the vehicle and it never should have 'passed their inspection'. He also notes the rear brakes are getting close to needing replacement (even though they had been replaced when we bought it). Our mechanic suggests we contact our dealship (Courtesy Chrysler) to see if this work is covered by our warranty. Instead of giving us an answer over the phone, the Courtesy Chrysler service person tells us we have to bring it in so they can inspect it. My wife dropped off the vehicle and told them what the issues were. It goes round and round through their different departments and we are finally told that they cannot cover the work under warranty. Fine, that's all we wanted was a yes or no answer, we will take the van back to our mechanic to have the work done. Oh, wait we are going to charge you for two hours of diagnostic time ($385). The lady at the service desk told us she would help us out though and only charge us for one hour diagnostic time. All we wanted was a simple yes or no answer regarding the warranty. Instead, we got the privilege of paying $180+ dollars to have Courtesy Chrysler tell us what we told them when we brought it in. On top of that, including these diagnostic fees, Courtesy Chryslers quote is almost double what our mechanic is charging us. I realize that we are not faultless in this, as we should have had it inspected much sooner, but it is the response from the Courtesy Chrysler people that really disappointed me. It was a simple question we asked because we already new the problem, "will you cover this work under warranty?", and for that we get a bill for $180. More
