Right from the very start, the team at Courtesy was committed to ensuring I left their dealership with not only what I wanted vehicle-wise but with a very positive frame of mind overall. There sales team was non-aggressive, they took the time to understand what was important to me in a vehicle and showed me "the" car that matched my needs. After a test drive and a little more chatting with their teams (Kris and Mori), my decision was made. I tossed the key and dealer plate back to them, indicated that if they could make the numbers work, I was in. I left and went home. First thing the following morning, I received the call from Serge letting me know they had everything in place, the numbers worked and that my car was being prepped for my pickup. Serge worked extra hard on my deal to ensure I got the best rate available on the market to again, ensure my overall positive experience. I picked my car up 45 minutes later greeted by the team (Mori, Kris, Scott and Serge) who all thanked me profusely, congratulated me and shook my hand. As the deal was wrapping up, I was given a couple of service coupons and again thanked for my patronage and choice in Courtesy when there are so many options out there. Poor customer service. Told them our needs and failed to meet them once the sale was finalized. Didn't do a proper Inspection and now a month into the finance the car has issues presenting. The product advisor was terribly rude and arrogant. At times she was argumentative. I had to argue with her more than once to get her to fix something on my vehicle. It almost seemed like she didn't want times she was argumentative. I had to argue with her more than once to get her to fix something on my vehicle.
