Poor Sevivce My Wife and I have been loyal customers at Capital Dodge for our last two vehicles. Our 2012 Jeep Compass needed new brakes all around so we had them My Wife and I have been loyal customers at Capital Dodge for our last two vehicles. Our 2012 Jeep Compass needed new brakes all around so we had them done at a cost of over 1,200.00 dollars. After leaving the dealership I got home and they were squealing so I called made an appointment and took the Jeep back not ounce but four times having to use two days of my holidays from work and they still couldn't fix the problem. I will be taking our Jeep to another garage to get the brakes fixed properly at my cost again and instead of trading in my Jeep for a Dodge Ram 1500 I will be trading it in on a Ford F-150. Bad service I bought a jeep wrangler 2016 . After they receive my money, I inspect the jeep. Found a lot of scrachess, chips on the back door and the windshield w I bought a jeep wrangler 2016 . After they receive my money, I inspect the jeep. Found a lot of scrachess, chips on the back door and the windshield was crack. Over one month after I finally receive my jeep but during that time they phoned 3 time saying the jeep was ready and when I got there , the scrachess were still there. The 3rd. Time they phoned to tell me the jeep is ready, I ask if all the scrachess were fix and that they were no extra scrachess , they answer it is fix. When I arrive after one hour drive . I was told they did not inspect the jeep, wow. I do a walk around, they were still scrachess and chip. When I pick up my jeep after over a month in the shop, I said I should be getting something for what I went thrue. I left the dealer with nothing and I was told that I went to the extreme about the scrachess. Who ever reads this, I would go to another dealer even if you have to drive a little farther. I will never deal with them again. Just look at the other review about there service, you will understand. More

They really helped me out whilst I was on vacation Hottest day of the year so far (42c), 7 people in a minivan driving from Toronto to Ottawa. AC breaks and only hot air coming out of the passenger & rear vents. That describes my drive yesterday. First thing this morning I call several dodge dealers in the Ottawa area - no one could look at the vehicle and we were facing a hot and sticky drive home on Friday. My wife suggested that I called outside of the Ottawa area and so I called CapitalDodge in Kanata. 'Wendy' answered the call and immediately didn't say "no" (that is what the dealers had said to me). After a couple of minutes, I was booked in for 10am that very morning ( it was 9:15 when I made the call) I drove to Kanata and was greeted by Brent S., who quickly checked in the vehicles clue and informed me that my van also had a recall on it which they would also take of.Brent also showed my the the guest area where I could connect to wifi and have a coffee. Dave S., the mechanic on my van, kept me informed through the the visit of the progress and diagnosis - even bringing out the parts and showing me what was needed. When all of the work was done, Brent took me through eve thing and even managed to get the charge lower than his initial quote. Finally, after less than 4 hours, I was back on the road - this time with cool AC and the recall performed - Dave even took time to buff out the scratches that I had on one side of the vehicle - fantastic!!! My only wish is that this dealership was closer to where I live - I use my local Dodge dealership from time to time and Capital Dodge are head and shoulders above my local garage for service and friendliness... Nick Hall was the Service Manager lookin I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Capital Dodge and as usual I am very impressed with their Service. Nick Hall was the Service Manager looking after us and kept me informed as to what work was needed as well as any additional costs and when it would be ready.
