Big Start is a great dealership, and I highly recommend it to anyone. My brother, my sister-in-law, and my sister all shop at Big Star for their vehicles. Everyone was very professional and courteous at Big Star. They treat their customers like a star. I met Lisa Velasco, who helps my brother, sister-in-law, and my sister. Lisa was very nice, professional, and courteous, too. I found out later that Lisa and I went to high school together. Iriam Diaz is a great, professional, and courteous Finance Manager. He did an awesome job handling my finance paperwork and helping me finalize the deal in a timely manner. The young lady who helped me with delivery was so awesome.
