Even Romeo came out to congratukate me on the purchase. I know I am in good hands with Lexus of London The settings and Navigation were clearly explained by a personable and knowledgeable young delivery specialist ( i think that is the title and that her name is Lauren). I was able to do easily manage my own further customizing at home, consulting the book only once (to lower the heads up on the windshield just a notch) More
