Multiple bad experiences I have had my santa fr in many times since buying it. (the car is a lemon and I will never buy another hyundai). The first couple times I had it in for service, I dealt with Sean. Both experiences we're great and I really felt like he was on my side. The past couple times I have dealt with Kevin. Every time I try to get ahold of him to check on the status of my car, I can never get ahold of him. The secretary always ends up asking for a msg. This is EVERY time I call. I usually have to call because he fails to call me and give me updates on what's wrong with the car, and when it may be finished. Last time my car was "washed" as a courtesy....my 3 yr old could have done a better job... All in all, the service at this dealership is fine unless you deal with Kevin... More
