She advised me that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Is so nice that they look out for your interests and don't try to sell you something you can't afford or try to sell you a better model. They actually care about what you are looking for and work with you to figure out the best way to get you what you want. I asked many questions regarding tires, different add ons, colors, extended warranty & the works, and they knew what was best for me. I dealt with Lorne Shire and he was so awesome. I find that any salesmen that I have dealt with in the past have been pushy, try to upsell, etc but not Lorne. He probed and asked questions as well on what I wanted. When I went in a few days later to sign the paperwork, Louise remembered my name, which was amazing. When it was time to sign the paperwork, I met with Alex Keong, who was so positive and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever as they inquire as to whether or not you are interested in obtaining extended warranty, insurance, and the other things that you may want to purchase at this point. The car was pre-owned by a Charlesglen employee (hi Jim!) who was even kind enough to give me his wheels and tires without any extra charge (Jim had upgraded the tires and wheels on the car; he gave me the original set as well as the upgrades, which saved me a thousand dollars or so). No pressure sales tactics When Sean Nixon approached us in the show room he was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had. He set us up for a test drive and w When Sean Nixon approached us in the show room he was friendly and willing to answer any and all questions we had. He set us up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the Rav4 Hybrid we were testing. I had done a fair bit of research so I knew what to expect from the vehicle, Sean did a great job of simply letting the vehicle speak for itself by displaying what it could do. When it came time to move ahead he was very clear in explaining all the options and what the prices would be for them. It made it very easy to decide which extras and warranties to accept or decline and he did not pressure us in the least in order to increase the sales. We really appreciated the candid manner in which he conducts himself. When we picked the Rav4 up, Mark Peters spent about an hour with us going through the operational features of the vehicle. Taking the time to set up our bluetooth connected phones during a very detailed tutorial was very much appreciated. Wes Simpson and Phil Dao split duties in setting up the finance. They took care of everything including insurance and registration and procuring a new plate for us. All we had to do was show up and sign when once we had agreed to the pricing/payments. More
