When my mechanic reviewed the inspection report they gave me for the used car I was looking at we found a totally accurate report - no skipping over flaws. All in all I felt that I was able to trust these folks and that I would get a quality vehicle with no regrets nor unpleasant surprises. I would not hesitate to go back when I need another vehicle and to recommend them to friends. More

What made this more challenging was our travel away from Canada for the winter. We met Sean Nixon at Charlesglen Toyota and were impressed by his knowledge and professional approach. Sean helped us make an offer to purchase in early December ( using email ) with strict conditions that the vehicle be delivered on a specific date when we returned! After the deal was accepted Sean kept us informed as the vehicle went into production, was finished being assembled and then tracked it through shipment to the dealer. We arrived back in Canada and proceeded to pick up our vehicle the next day as agreed in our purchase agreement. We really enjoy our Toyota and felt very comfortable working with Sean and Charlesglen Toyota. More

He was extremely friendly, and was willing to answer every question I threw at him. Not to mention, he came into work on his day off to meet with me! When I made the decision to buy the RAV a few hours later, he made himself available to sit down with me and walk me through the purchasing process. I ended up meeting many people during this process! One of the people I met was Phil, one of the finance managers, who walked me through everything I needed to bring when I picked up my car. On the day of pickup, Mark was there to explain all the amazing features on my new RAV4. The transition was easy and painless, thanks to the fantastic staff at Charlesglen! I will definitely head back there (in 10+ years) when I need to buy my next vehicle. More
