Went in to this dealership to buy a car I had seen on the website, the staff were very friendly and warm welcoming. Evans was very quick to greet us and inquired about what we were looking for. Evans showed us the vehicle in question and encouraged us to take a test drive. During our visit Evans really took the time to get to know us and made the visit a lot more personable. There was no pressure to buy anything right away and he was able to answer questions quickly and confidently. If he was unsure about an answer he went to find one from one of his colleagues. Mitch with Finance was also great to deal with. Mitch was honest about pricing and gave recommendations on packages he thought would be suitable for the vehicle and advised what he didn’t think was needed. Mitch was also able to explain the warranties to us in greater detail, answering any other questions we had. Overall it was a great experience.

While the sales dept was very helpful, the service dept is equally terrible. The dealership always intendeds to keep the car overnight and is never willing to provide a loaner. Last time left the truck to address 3 issues not one was taken care of, while they had it in the shop for full day

Timely and professional service. Services required were carefully reviewed by the service agent with me before I handed over the keys. The service agent confirmed my contact information and time requirements for return of the vehicle. I was promptly informed when the vehicle was ready for pick-up. At pick-up the services performed and status of the car (brakes, tire tread etc) were reviewed by the service agent with me. Re-torque for tire rotation was performed courteously and promptly when requested.
