Jesse and the rest of the team at Straightline Kia were great to deal with. We bought a 2011 KIA Soul there many years ago when it was KIA City and the staff has always been great. On my last service, I met with Jesse to go over the possible trade in value of the Soul and to discuss the options for a new vehicle. Yesterday we drove away in our new KIA Seltos. I never felt pressured into buying it, and Jesse was great at going over the features and options, and finding one in the color we wanted. Although I will miss the emails saying that Straightline KIA "wants to acquire my Soul" :) More

The buying experience was very good. There was no high pressure sales push from Jesse that degraded our purchasing experience. Cesar, the Finance Manager, explained our warranty options and was very good at detailing what was covered. When we picked up the car Andrew sat with us inside and outside the EV6, going through all the features and operation of the vehicle. He was available to spend all the time we needed to understand the operation of the vehicle. Everyone we dealt with at Straightline Kia was very professional and friendly. More
