"Went in to have battery checked. Manager's attitude was bad as soon as I walked in. Kept asking him what's wrong with my battery and if it needed to be replaced and asked about charges, and he kept saying the crew was still checking after the technician took my car inside for 2 hours. Then suddenly he told me the invoice total of over $1000 + HST. But he hasn't even told me what needed to be done the whole time. I asked him to show me the breakdown of the invoice as I said I needed all details. He wouldn't show me the invoice of course, then he just kept mumbling looking at his computer a list of stuff I didn't asked for. For example, I didn't ask for a thorough check-up of my car, I didn't ask for new air-filter, I didn't ask for new micro-filter. By the way, my car is rather new and it has only 28000km on it so there's no reason for all those extras really. I questioned the manager and he started to reduce the bill of course. But the thing is, he never even told me what's wrong with my car, then went ahead to change and check things I didn't ask for. There's really something wrong with the Management of this company. The manager not only had bad attitude but he was trying to rip me off now doubt. The technician beside him could knew exactly what happened and I believe he knew the manager was trying to rip me off too. Anyway, end of the day, after questioning the manager and wasted so much time there, the manager removed the charges of a bunch of things but i still had to pay over $630. I went in expected to have my battery changed, but honestly, I can't trust this company anymore, wondering if my battery needed to be replaced really. I have tried to go to Mini Downtown, Town and Country and now Vaughan West, all gave me bad experience. So no matter how much I love my car, this is not a brand I would stick with nor recommend to others for sure."
