"Got a email from the dealership saying I had a service due. Called and said this and was booked for said service. Drive over an hour to get to the dealership only to find out that I wasn't due? The man helping us was rude, didnt apologize, even after all the email correspondence was provided. And apparently the service I was booked for doesn't even exist? Maybe they should be training their employees better on customer service. I will never be going back to this dealership. Such a joke. Can't wait to get rid of my vehicle from Endras "
