I picked up the phone and googled BMW and BOOM Ferman came up. I called at 6:15 at night. Got Charles. I made an appointment for the next morning. From our brief chat I knew he and I were on the same page. I arrive early next morning and he had pulled up 3 cars waiting for me to try. Wow. Someone heard me!!! And the respect. Each car was in my price range NOT OVER and had features I was looking for. I really got stumped between 2. Spent the entire day there. Charlie never got exasperated. FINALLY, down to 2 choices.- Went back the next day. Charlie had both vehicles waiting and detailed. I finally chose a car. Sunday,I went back again. Charles and I finished paperwork. (I was the hold up not the dealership) I had decided to trade in my other car too. I got money back! The people in Finance were easy and fast. No, please wait while we cut you a check... nope. Here we owe you this. So, I was there Fri, Sat, Sun, Monday I picked up my new car with the windows tinted ready and waiting. The most amazing patient people in the world. I was calling everyone by their first names. One large family at this dealership. You will get everything you are looking for and a pleasant experience. I highly recommend! More
