My recent appointment with Jackson Acura was the easiest one yet! All arrangements were made with my Service Advisor, Nick Covino prior to my RDX arriving for Servicing. It required a routine maintenance one yet! All arrangements were made with my Service Advisor, Nick Covino prior to my RDX arriving for Servicing. It required a routine maintenance and replacement of a part. Nick called with results of the testing, received my Approval and kept me up to date on the progress. Meanwhile, I was losing No time in my day. I was working at home. Upon completion of Servicing, Nick called to discuss the work done, asked if I had questions, and took care of payment during the call. I highly recommend Nick as a Service Advisor. He’s always been kind and knowledgeable. And I appreciate that he doesn’t try to sell me services I don’t need. The Complimentary Concierge Service was excellent. The RDX was returned to my home by a friendly and professional gentleman, Michael. Thank-You! More

I really like the service center in this Jackson Acura. People are so nice and honest. The charges are fair. They don’t recommend any service that are not necessary.
