Weak battery replacement I came in with a weak battery which was quickly confirmed by the staff. Always above expectations! I certainly prefer Jackson Acura over other Acura dealerships that might be much closer to me. Lacks Customer centricity! Poor experience all around including the service manager, who wouldn’t even bother to get out of his chair to go look and or investigate the issue bei Poor experience all around including the service manager, who wouldn’t even bother to get out of his chair to go look and or investigate the issue being raised about the vehicle.. I took my business to another Acura dealer where their service personnel don’t have nice glass offices and the difference is day and night! True care for their customers and it shows from the time you walk in there. I also ended up buying a new MDX from the other dealer as well! More
