Worth the Drive I have not gone to a consistent Acura or Honda dealership since the closer of Son's Acura. Jackson Acura is further from my home; however; I decided I have not gone to a consistent Acura or Honda dealership since the closer of Son's Acura. Jackson Acura is further from my home; however; I decided to try Jackson Acura due to the availability of appointment times. I was pleased with the level of service and attentiveness. I will be back! Always a Great Experience I always know whenever I come to Jackson Acura that I will get the best service. The service consultants explain issues very clearly and are always pleasant. More

The overall experience was great. Everything was great with Dzmitry B. He was professional and attentive every step of the way! However, when I drove off in my new car, a notice on th Everything was great with Dzmitry B. He was professional and attentive every step of the way! However, when I drove off in my new car, a notice on the dashboard said there was a blind spot info system problem, so I had to return my brand new car to the dealership the next day. That was disappointing since I had only driven maybe 10 miles in it so far. Originally I was introduced to Jim in service yesterday and assured by him that he would take care of me - just give him a call. But because I left him a voice message this morning and he never got back to me, I decided to drive to the dealership. Upon arrival, I asked for Dzmitry B. but he was not at the dealership. A very nice man, Paul Silverman, was so helpful in getting to the root of the problem. He quickly led me to Yvonne Russell who was very attentive and handled the entire situation with care and concern. Once she found out my new car would need more time in service, she offered a loaner car. I was thankful to receive a loaner car, but I have to say it was dirty and stickers were all over the side back window which impaired my vision driving home - actually difficult to see too my back left. I hope this gets resolved quickly. More

l love Jackson Acura! They recently found some problems on routine oil change that needed to be repaired and were going to be expensive. My service advisor, Yvonne, went above and beyond to find out what on routine oil change that needed to be repaired and were going to be expensive. My service advisor, Yvonne, went above and beyond to find out what was still under warranty and saved me a lot of money! Everyone is always very nice, and I feel like they actually care about their customers, which can be hard to find these days! More
