Yvonne is a class act. She worked magic to ensure my ever-changing schedule was accommodated with little interruption in my productivity. I was sent home on time and everything was done correctly. I wish I could say the same for the actual vehicle. I drove BMW, Audi, Infiniti, and Porsche for decades and finally decided to go a bit more conservative and try an Acura. My logic was this is a Honda product and surely it is going to be a quality product. This car, a 2020 RDX, is a decent car to drive, however the nagging problems, poor build quality, and software bugs in all of the systems (not just the infotainment nightmare) have made the ownership experience, well... let's just say disappointing. Would I ever buy an Acura again? Mmmm... not so sure. I'm pretty disappointed in the overall quality of the product. Not sure where the 'precision' is in the 'precision crafted performance' in this vehicle. This is in no way a reflection on Jackson Acura. To the contrary, the sales experience and service experience have been very - very - good. I wish Jackson had a Porsche store. I've been toying about washing my hands of this Acura in favor of a Macan. At least I know the product will be a higher quality....... More

I’m relatively new to taking my car to dealerships. The 2nd time I went for car service, I was paired with Yvonne and was/is spectacular. She doesn’t waste time and she’s 100% honest. As a young adult, I am constantly having to keep my eyes open for price gouging, but Yvonne is not that person. She’s always straight up with me and even gives me sound advise on my car, such as severity levels of the service that needs to be done. Instead of being how some people are & tell you the most expensive things needs fixing & it needs to be done ASAP. She works with my hectic work schedule and always accessible. I will continue to schedule my service work with Yvonne at Jackson Acura. More
