After 20 years in the US I can say without a doubt that Yosmel is the best at his job!!! Car buying process can be the most exhausting task of all but he made it easy, he was patient, he explained every si Yosmel is the best at his job!!! Car buying process can be the most exhausting task of all but he made it easy, he was patient, he explained every single detail to my sister (buying her first car!), he made all the time for us, he was respectful, answered all the questions, wrote down all the numbers, showed us all the options, etc. After she decided on a car, he introduced us to Melina at Financing and she was the cherry on the top, knowledgeable, caring, everything you need when making this type of decisions.
