Total ripoff have been coming for the past 8 years with my 2 Nissan. This last visit will be the last and I will tell all my friends to avoid this dealer, not only have I been cursed with in experience of my 2 Nissan. This last visit will be the last and I will tell all my friends to avoid this dealer, not only have I been cursed with in experience of technicians who are incompetent and after 5 attempts to fix my cruise control couldn't get it working, the last time they changed the brake fluid I had to bleed the brakes myself to get it working properly. This last service there was a 15% added after the work was completed for shop supplies that is $37, how much is one rag and 3 gal of oil disposal. And this after overpaying for oil and transmission service. I could understand you want increase the profits by 15%, but it does not out weigh the cost of aquiring new customers. More
