Follow up to a prior negative review I received follow up calls from Denny and Tony to ensure that the pricing I received was not intentionally and that they felt bad. I appreciate them reaching out to me several times to rectify my recent visit. I understand that there wasn't much they could do once fluids are released from my vehicle. Great and Fast service Took truck for 3,000 mile service and found that my radiator was defective. Got it replaced and tested with no problems. This time very poor 1. First, I was charged overcharged. I did inform the guy that the air pressure is low on rear passenger tire car. He checked & told me that there is 1. First, I was charged overcharged. I did inform the guy that the air pressure is low on rear passenger tire car. He checked & told me that there is a nail in that tire. He told it would cost around $29.Well, at gas station thy charge $10 to $15 for plugging the lick but I did not want to take a chance I Ok'd to fix the leak. 2. For my Sun Sensor, I should have charged only $50 & balance to my Allstate dealer service Insurance. Instead, I was charged other charges too. 3. The technician did not fix tyhe tire leak but I was harged total of $36.92 for fixing this. While I was returning home, my tire pressure went from 28 to 25 and i thought I would be big trouble if I get flat tire and I may gt into big accident on Highway 75. So, I drive slowly & from home right away called your service m,anager Tony. As per his advice, I returned after my shower & lunch. Yes, this time your guy fixed the tire. But when I asked about my wasted time and aggrevation plus ovwercharges, he promised to send the check for $20. 4. What would happen if my tire had flat & I met with an accident? Due to your technician's carfelessness, I had to return and spend over 90 minutes of my time. Is all this trouble and worth just $20 which i consider the overcharged amout? 5. Before buying my 14 Nissan, I owned 2000 Chevy venture, Ford and now own 2010 Huyndai Santa Fe. In last 40 years, none of our cars Sun Sensor went bad. Why Nissan use such inferior parts? Why your technician are not trained to check every thing to ensure they completed the repairs properly? Why your guys tries to rip off when the customers are in trouble? In short, such attitude ruin your reputation and you loose your customers. 6. I hope to hear some thing from your higher officials and hope Nissan use quality parts in future.
