I love Weston Nissan I went to Weston Nissan the past Saturday 16, 2019 to service my car. Mr. Jose Jimenez, who sold me the car, was waiting for me to take me to Ms Mari I went to Weston Nissan the past Saturday 16, 2019 to service my car. Mr. Jose Jimenez, who sold me the car, was waiting for me to take me to Ms Maria Muñoz, the specialist, who took note of the little problems I had commented with him in a phone he had made to me previously. She took note of everything and the service given to my car was excellent. Mr. Jimenez and Ms. Muñoz are very nice people and very committed with their job, and I feel complete confidence in them. In conclusion, I feel very satisfied with the level of attention and dedication of Mr. Jimenez and Ms. Muñoz. More

Scheduled appointment I came in today at 8:30am for an appt for my car. I asked how long and if it would be too long to call a shuttle to take me home. I was informed it wo I came in today at 8:30am for an appt for my car. I asked how long and if it would be too long to call a shuttle to take me home. I was informed it would not take too long to reproduce the squeak in the seat. After about an hour I was informed that it takes time to diagnose. I asked to call the shuttle and was told the shuttle will come in 10-15min. After 20 min I asked about the shuttle and another service person said she would call. Then my advisor said they found the problem and it was under warranty and he needed to call the warranty company and figure out the parts. I asked how long and he said about 15min. Then 20 min later I asked and he said they needed to order part and it would be in about 72hrs. Then my car was ready, 3 hours later! I needed to have the body shop look at an area in front that I said “ looked like the paint was peeling for no reason”. He sent me to Adam only to find out Adam doesn’t handle warranty items and he was not to happy. He stated they send people here all the time. Finally Tony came and was very helpful. More
