Car was delivered on March 30th and was told to do loan that day. Communicated my progress to search for finance and interest rates but still was only given 1 week. Made complaint to manager. Experience not great and would not recommend anyone. More

Monday was a rough day after dropping off my fiancé at work my car started shaking really bad in the interstate I was worried I was going to get into an accident. After wasting 3 hours waiting for a diagnosis at a mechanic I ended up heading over to Ed Martin Toyota where I was assisted by Mohamed! Let me tell you he was patient, optimistic, and made me feel like I had options; more than spending a lot of money to only temporarily fix my car. I never thought I would be leaving the lot in a new car, but Mohamed made it easy! We went over all my options and not only did I drive off the lot in a new car but I was incredibly happy! It was a great experience and they made sure I was taken care of and left with an incredible protection plan! I love my new car, Ed Martin has Made a lifetime customer!
